These courses are perfect for those taking part in the outdoors, and are prerequisites for anyone wishing to be an instructor, but are also very useful and recommended for general club paddling. Our FETAC approved Occupational First Aid courses provide staff and individuals with the skills and confidence to respond to workplace or leisure incidents and accidents. Courses are designed to fulfil the requirements of the Health, Safety and Welfare Act using workplace scenarios and practical knowledge. Our First Aid for Children course is specifically designed for individuals who find themselves in crèches, schools, youth groups and the home environment with specific emphasis on common childhood accidents, ailments and injuries.
